The 788 may be worth more someday as it is rather than as a custom rifle.
You could darn near buy a custom action for what the 788 may be worth.
You'll also have a lot of money tied up in tweaking fee's on the 788....
It has and can be done with out many problems involved, but you would still be better of in the long run going with a 700 clone.....
The 6mm AI really needs a long action to be perfect.....
