SOLD Rem 700 6BR by Dan Dowling

Picked this up a few months ago used to try a 6BR. All documentation on gun and it's history all written up nicely which I've added to and will include with gun. I called and spoke with Dan Dowling and he confirmed it was one he built. 475 documented rounds fired. 8 twist 30" Broughton barrel. 272 neck. Mcmillian MBR stock. With 103 Dominators it has produced multiple 3 shot groups in the 1s across several different charges. On scales is at 17lb 13oz with a Burris XTR II 8-40. Jewel BR trigger. Blended muzzle thread protector as well as radial brake. I'm only selling to concentrate my efforts on other projects.

Nice rifle. Should be a good piece to get to a match in short order. Great seller no doubt. Always shoots straight whether talking or shooting.

Found some target photos for this one. All 3 shot groups using N140 and the 103s. I settled on the 29gr load .010 otl and duplicated target many times. I have not played with varget or a jam in this gun yet.
