Reloading

You don't say what cartridge, that's a must know item.

I'd suggest looking at some loading books ( some can be accessed on line ) and looking there for what they say is the most 'accurate' - may in bold print or an astrisk beside that powder. Start with loads in the lower third charge weights.

I'm others will add their experience/advice here.

As a new loader, I would strongly advise you to find an experienced local reloader to mentor you. If you don't know of any, try stopping by a local range and making acquaintances. Learning by way of messaging can be done, but it is clumsy and very open to misunderstandings. While you are at it, take @T.Rhodes advice and locate some good books. Don't get me wrong, the knowledge base to be found in this forum is second to none, but the method of information transfer and explanation can be a problem. We all want you to be safe.

In most cases, there isn't a "best" powder but a few that will yield similar and excellent results. Also, the bullet selected can make a huge difference and often is the more influential factor assuming a suitable powder is being tested.

The first place to start is get a high-quality reloading manual. Ones that I found very good are the Lyman Reloading Handbook, Sierra, and Nosler. These will have "most accurate powder" tested listed. It's an effective place to start.

However, in this day of shortages, it is wise to have alternatives. Powders with similar burn rates often, but not always, perform similarly. Once you post the specific caliber you are loading for and bullet, then members on this forum can share their experiences but always use published data to select your load observing all safety guidelines.

H4350 seems to be the go-to powder for that caliber. I would also try Ramshot Hunter as it is the only ball powder in the 4350 burn range and meters a lot better than stick powder.
That's what I use in 6.5CM and it is a go-to. Still not sure of the OP's cartridge he's loading for so...wouldn't make that suggestion until that is known, IMO.

Have instructions/load data in hand and follow them. You are intentionally creating a highly pressurized container that you will hold closest to your eyes, brain, face and hands. Precision, knowledge, information= safety(and hopefully reliability, accuracy).
