The higher the temp, the lower the R.H. As it cools off, the R.H. goes up and when it reaches the Dew Point temp, the R.H. is 100%. The best time to dry reload in a uncontrolled atmos. is at the heat of the day.
While you might get away with this statement in OK., I will strongly disagree from the standpoint of the coastal states. Try south Georgia or Alabama or Louisiana or Mississippi. We're into the mid- to upper-90s right now and the humidity is well over 70% in the heat of the day. You wake up to humidity, you work in humidity and go to sleep in humidity, even with the AC running at an affordable pace.


I absolutely love to get back to the Southwest desert in the summer just to get over the humidity in the southeast...
