Reloading the 57 x 28 cartridge

I am having trouble with reloading my 57 x 28 cartridges. Any help would be appreciated. I do not think that they are getting resized properly. After the bullet is inserted the cartridge will not fit my go-no go gauge. Any help would be appreciated.

There are alot of variables not covered in your post.

How are you setting up your dies?
Is your brass really lubed up or just a bit?
When you seat the bullets are you crimping too much?
Is your oal too long
Are you shooting a semi auto or bolt action?

I don't understand what you are saying.

It is hard.to load them.
I've tried and finally got most to feed good.
Took several trys...they are coated in laquier to feed
in the p90 when you size'em, it strips it off, or that's been
My experience...just have to try I guess.

i’ve loaded thousands of them. they wear out your hands being so small. never had any issues loading them but i chuck the brass after two reloads since the polymer is scraped off after resizing. also powder charge is fairly critical on this cartridge. your post is pretty vague. does the brass chamber before the bullet is seated? if so, is the bullet not seated deep enough so as to not engage the lands? are you trimming the brass? I find where is it is a bottleneck cartridge I have to trim the brass every firing whether it’s in my FN57 or my Ruger 57.
