I only use the inertia puller when I seat a bullet too deep, the rest of the time I use a collet type bullet pulling die.
I read "Inertial Bullet Puller Warning" and I see how it could happen, but don't see how the bullet ended up going through the ceiling. The bullet was pointed DOWN! It was the bottom component. Unless the whole head of the puller went through the ceiling. That would have made a big hole.
Moral of story: Be very careful handling primers and always wear safety glasses.
