Reloading Dies For ELR?

I have recently bought a rifle in 338 Lapua Mag so I have just started into ELR. I am wondering how critical reloading techniques are for ELR. I have been reloading for 1000yds for many years and used standard Redding dies. Is it necessary to buy a seater similar to the Wilson seater along with the K&M Precision Arbor Press with Standard Force Measurement Ram? How critical are sizing dies; any recommendations? I have bought Petersen brass; is it necessary to skim or neck turn? I have also bought Sierra 250 and 300gr MK bullets to test.

As Donovan noted, the longer the distance, every aspect matters more. In particular, bullet selection and getting your SDs down well into the single-digit range. The majority of the best URSA shooters, that shoot a lead-core bullet, are using Berger 300 Hybrids, see the stats at https://www.unlimitedrange.org/URSA Rifle Builder_Rifle Component_Related Stats (thru 06212020).xls

Thank you very much for the stats file!

Getting the SD down to single digits will be a challenge.
