reloading die question

Hi

Finally decided on the caliber for my new rifle. I'm going with a Savage model 12 Varminter low profile in 243 win. As I don't have 243 dies I will have to buy them. Looked around the site and it looks like Redding or Forster dies are whats recommended. Only one problem, I've got a RCBS Rockchucker 2. Will these dies interchange? If not what do you all think of RCBS dies? Is it time to buy a new press and if so which one would you guys recommend?

Redding and Forster dies wil work just fine in your press. RCBS Rockchucker are very good presses, I am sure that you will find many things you will need to get before an upgrade on an press is needed.

I'd recommend Forsters. They are every bit as good as Redding and cost a lot less.
Do youself a favor and pony up for either Lapua or Nosler brass.
I get .0005" runout with Lapua with virtually no case prep.
I'm pretty sure Lapua makes 243 brass.
