Just an update on Expansion Industries [I know, what a name!] setting up primer production.
I found this video of a guy who says he wrote a letter to the owner with a few questions on their status. In the video he reads his questions and the answers the owner provided. The net was Expansion has either just started producing some primers or is very close.

If you watch the video, I found it helpful to skip/scan through the first part until the guy gets around to saying what his questions were and the answers.
