Starline brass has a system of color codes on their list. When a button turns green it is called available, when a button is red it is out of stock no ordering, but when it turns brown it is available for backorder.

Today, 30-06 and 7.62x39 are shown as available for backorder, limit 2000 pieces.

The 45-70's will only show available for backorder for 24 hours... They have such a high demand for them the commit their production to fill the needs of the retailers. Once you back order them you will get them in about a week.. That goes with pretty much any thing you back order from them....

I back ordered some 223 brass from them, 2000 pieces, and they came in a week. I ordered 2000 pieces of 9mm and it took four weeks. I’ve always had good experiences with Starline though, good product, good people.

Hornady 6.5, 143 ELD-X. These were hard to get last year, they have 344 boxes at the time of this posting.

I loaded 4 rounds to add to today’s plinking lot. Happened to notice the price and date I acquired this pound of RE17. I saw some Alliant powder locally last week for $61 and change. ATP gun shop in Summerville SC, in case anyone has an urgent need to stop in to shop. Trays of 100 primers were $14-16….
