+1 on the solid core laminated doors.
I found several in a dumpster outside an office renovation site. They are oak core with formica on both sides. I use one for reloading and another for cleaning. I use an old metal drafting table for the reloading table base and metal legs I got out of the same dumpster for the cleaning table. Neither one moves at all.

So here is what I went with, some help from a great guy at Home Depot. Thanks for all your replies.
