Have a question about thickness of the neck. Will the thickness of + or - of .0005 change the accuracy of a 118, 30 BR bullet? I turned down my 30 BR brass to .010. But the thickness on a few are .0105 or .0095. Will I beable to see the difference of a 9 or 10 with necks as this? Thanks for your time.

Ben, I'm new to the 30br, but here's my 2cents on the neck tension.
I believe neck tension is critical in a 30br especially at 100 yards and less important as the distance increases.
Once you start shooting 300 your ability to read and shoot the wind will out weigh that variance in the neck.
The cases I use for score at 100 are all the same neck thickness,.010).
When I turned my cases I also had a few come out a little thin,.0098 and .0099).
Those I keep together and use to shoot the warm-up round with, or practice through out the week.

For Benchrest competition, that amount of variation is HUGE. Why would you need to turn the necks at all if this variation was acceptable? Lapua brass out of the box can be better than that, and this is a game of very small numbers. They need to be the same, or your rifle will not shoot to its potential.
