Yup, you and everybody else is looking for RL-26. There hasn't been any anywhere and anytime any is found it is sold in seconds. If you were in every state you still wouldn't find any because there are 100 other people looking too.

You should start working up loads using a powder that is available.
I have heard that RL 26 is no longer made.
