reloader 15 6br, 70 -80 grain bullets

Hi,
Have done some searching but cant find what I am after. Has anybody used Re15 in a 6br with a 1 in 12 twist barrel, 70 to 80 grain bullets? This is for a new project and wanted to get some loads info together.
Even if not Re15 any loads with 70 to 80 grain bullets would be appreciated.

Cheers Rich.K

Reloader15 is doing better with the heavier bullets. Stay with the faster burning powders for the 70 and 80gr bullets. Somewhere in the same class as Varget and maybe faster, i have had better luck with powders faster than Varget with my 1n13 twist and 70gr bullets . With the most accurate being H322 but it burns to dirty and i am looking at other options, Benchmark is showing promise and i am going to try H4895 as soon as i get a warm day to shoot .:thumb:

Hi Rick....I use 35gr with 68-70 gr bullets and 33.5 with 80gr........These loads work in both my 28 1/2 inch ..8-twist and my 21" --14 twist bbls........I dont have a 12 twist bbl...but it works with twists on both sides of that !!! so what do ya think??? Use max loads and jam the bullets,,if it wont shoot that ..."it wont shoot that"..,to quote Yogi--haha) ....dont waste round count working up ...find the max rite away and stay aprox .5 gr under that ...it will burn clean and shoot good....let us know what you find...Roger

Thanks for the info chaps. Re 15 is slightly slower than Varget so may favour the heavier bullets. Looked at at the Alliant web site and they stated Re7. Seems a fast burner, as have some on the shelf thought may look at Re10x. Any thoughts? The only way is to give it a go in my rifle, but appreciate every scarp of info.
