SELLING REG rear Sights

Would this in a left hand rear have an appropriate front sight to mount on a Vudoo 22LR for biathlon matches. My Vudoo is currently set up for very long range, but have a want to alternately set it up for precise iron sight shooting at 40-50 yds. As able.
 
To make the site work on your gun, you would have to raise your front side up considerable amount
