Reduced loads for kids hunting elk

Guys,
It has been my experience that having the rifle fit the KID is extremely important. Recoil FEELS
Much Worse If the rifle Pull is to Long. Reduced loads are great but on a caliber in reason for a small person Kid or adult, rifle Fit is Probably more imporant. I Use Remington Short Action riflles for Kids Because I Like them and stocks are very cheap. You can buy Used or take off replacement stocks (I Like Houge Rubberized Pillar Bedded) on different sites for usually less than $50. I cut them off, fill with Bondo and Screw on a Limbsaver Recoil Pad. I Have 3 different Stocks to fit a Short action from 10.5 inches to 13.5 for small persons. I Have less than $250.
invested in 3 stocks. MUCH Cheaper than Buying 3 Rifles, and more importantly the kids can shoot
Accurately reasonable Calibers. (243,257, 260, 7-08, 308, etc.)
