Reduced Load Twist Rate

If you reduce bullet velocity with reduced loads , does twist rate become a factor?
I have a 1 in 8 twist .223 and I’m going to be playing around with reduced loads for a bit of a fun project .
Should I be using lighter or heavier projectiles with these slower loads in regards to projectile stability / accuracy or does it not matter ?
I’d like to use the heavier bullets if I can , but my uneducated brain says if I slow the bullet down I’ll also be slowing down the rpm and that must effect stability.
Anyone got some helpful advice for a confused overthinker .

Slower means a bit more twist. Jump on JBM calculators
and go to "Stability". Plug in your normal specs, then just
adjust your speed. Your looking to be 1.3 in the green as a
safe general factor. Be advised that it's not the weight but
the length of the bullet that needs to be accurately plugged
in. There is a pull down chart within JBM that may have your
bullet listed.
