Redfield Revolution

I'm thinking about putting this model (4x12 Accurange) on my Marlin X7, 6 Dasher. I have been reading a lot of positive comments on them, but would like to hear from the crew here on this scope. Thanks, Barlow

If you can get an earlier one from last years production,it is made in the usa.The new ones are made in the philipines,that is not to say they are junk or anything but the fact that remains is the advertising on the rollout of this scope was made in america by americans.The first ones were bomb proof and very clear.So if you do buy one let us know what you think.

I have two of the 4-12 x 40 scopes, mine have the plain reticle in them.

The second one was purchased because of how well I like the first one.... they are very nice scopes.

Also to my knowledge the Revolution series has been and is still made in Oregon USA, their web page indicates as such, I could be wrong on that.

I do know that their other lines of products, the Revenge series and the others were never made in USA

I have a couple 4-12 also and I really like them for the money, with the accurange reticle in them.

Go to a dealer with high turnover rate and check for made in america.

I saw some press that the Revolution was made in the US but that the Revenge line was made in the Phillipines.

I gotta eat my words as their website states the revolution is still made in the usa.A rep for a large firearms company gave me bad info and for that I was wrong. Sorry for creating confusion.

No problem, I actually called Redfield a few days ago, and their rep said they make them right there in Beaverton. Soon as Deer seasons over, I'll get it on order. Thanks, I will report back. Barlow
