Redding FULL Bushing die; How much neck to size?

What is a good starting point as far as how much neck length to size using the Redding FULL bushing size die in 6.5x47? No-turn match chamber with a .104" throat, PTG reamer #11724.

Alan, assuming this die is a F.L., bushing neck die, you can adjust how much you want to size the body as well as how much of the neck. If there's a rule of thumb for the amount of neck to size, I'm not aware of it, so I would say 80 to 95% should be sized. On my no turn neck 6BRs I do about 90%, and thats should be a good starting point.
And only body size enough for a snug fit in the chamber, unless you need to bump the shoulder back. The more you move the brass around, the shorter its life will be.
Having a sporter barrel will limit the accuracy, so just remember its a hunting rifle, not a target rifle. But it should shoot well.
Mike.
