Redding customer service

I'm not trying to advertise here but wanted to let everybody know about some fantastic service I received from Redding recently. I called about a bent die decaping rod in a full length 223 die figuring to order another one and got no hassle from them at all with getting a new rod along with several decapping pins sent to me free of charge. This was just a standard die set and not a major high dollar one but they took care of things right away and without a single issue. Pretty good in my opinion considering some of the other hassels I've gone through.

Just wanted to put a big plus out there for them.

Bent the threaded rod on my 6.5x284 NK sizing die and called about it to get (buy) a spare, they sent me one and received it two days later - free. Yes I explained it was my fault!

I have had the same kind of service with Redding. I think it is part of their Lifetime Warranty on their products.

Me too! That's only one of the reasons I buy Redding Dies.

Me too. I told them it was my fault I broke something by not paying attention and they sent me the replacement part free. I was willing to pay and didn't have too.
You can't beat that kind of service.

Their customer service is one of the reasons I am switching all my dies to Redding.
