Redding Customer Service A+

I recently purchased a used Big Boss II. The pins were galled at the linkage contact points. Emailed Redding, verified the part numbers, and they were at my door in a week. All three pins, clips and nuts, and no charge. Great Customer Service!

Two days ago I talked to Chris Fox at Redding about die bushings because there was a thread on here about them not being so accurate. I told him that I had 9 of them and he told me that I could send them all back and he would have somebody pin gauge each and every one of them and if they were out of spec he would have them replaced at no charge. I couldn't ask for better service than that.
