Redding bushing size for 243

Hi, all i have a redding comp seater die for my 243 with Lapua brass and molly 105 berger vLds and lapua scenars and my question is i subtracted 0.02 from a lapua case with a seated bullet and came up with a measurment for the bushing of 2.70, When i seat the bullets after sizing with the 2.70 bushing a fair bit of resistance is felt, would using a 2.68-9 size bushing decrease the neck tension when seating the molly bullets, also would sizing 1 third of neck with redding comp neck sizer give better accuracy with the molly bullets just looking for info when neck sizing with lapua brass and molly bullets, thanks all, paul.
