Recommend twist for 6BR ??

If 300 yards is your max, I'd probably go with a 10 twist. That will shoot all the light bullets, plus the BIB 95s and various 90-grain boattails.
For max velocity with the lighter bullets, a 1:12 will work too.
It all depends on how much you plan to shoot the heavier bullets.
