Recommend me a stock for single shot build

Going to build a rifle with Defiance Ruckus single shot action and full diameter barrel. I'm used of using chassis systems, so looking for input on stocks without magazine access. Something with the general looks of the KRG Bravo.

Mcmillan if that floats your boat, but I think they are over marketed and not as quality as manners. Jmo. I dont like the ergonomics either.

Another dumb question...can I just use a BDL style floor-plate without mag for more stock options?

No problems with going that route. You could even use the KRG that you mentioned (or any other chassis) without a magazine.
