Recommend cold weather headwear

I like my Scentlok skull cap. It took me some time to find a headwear I really like and feel comfortable. I ended up addressing scentlok customer service and explaining to them what I like and dislike about caps and they helped me make the choice. The price was pretty low, so I decided to risk and made an order. It's my favorite cap now

Filson used to make a wool and fur bomber hat. Put a beenie orange cover on it

The warmest hat I have is made of NZ red possum fur. It’s gotta be pretty dang cold to wear it, it’s nearly too warm. Most times microfiber beanies work well or a polyester skull cap. Two thin ones layered work well. Or a thin base and a thicker outer. The cold is pretty hard on a bald head…
