Recoil reduction

Any one here make a mercury fill stock yet?
Not kick ezz reducer
Im talking a true metal casting and fill 3/4 with mercury or even heavy sand then seal it off
But im more interested in working with mercury
For recoil dampening
What ya think

Lets see what ya came up with any variations ?

Im curious to why mercury isnt used more it an amazing thing..besides poisoning phobia from improper handling

I would love to build a 60-80lb hard hitter
Then add a tuner break to it.
I know others are obsessed with making the magnums into rimfire as it pertains to recoil.
Just..well...because thats why and thats all the reason we need.
Anyway i have some incredible visions in my head this morning.
And if im thinking of it, i know a few of you are also hahaha
None of us are as unique and inventive as we would like to think all hiden away in our shop space.
Oooooh ive got it!...im gonna be Rich! I tell you...Honey look at this..
Hahahanana.

Pipe dreams
Im done with that this is for my own personal knowledge ..something to do thats different.

Many probably think oh big deal.
But i retained almost all of the information i was taught in metals class in high-school
When the hell was that freshman and sophomore years. Those classes were awesome.
I loved sand casting and taking a ruff cast to a shinny finnish.
It was honest, and fair work.
The harder you worked, the metal gave back.
In beauty. Thats a very profound thing for a young man to understand.
At that point is when the gears turned on and they have been grinding away ever since.
Sand casting is something i could easily set up and do at home, but never have.
I just had all this thought rush over me and wanted to share it before it vanished into a 3rd cup of coffee. And the reality of the day ahead..
Blaa

Lead also has great vibration absorption properties. Of course, it's a little toxic too. Now, lead will amalgamate with mercury so you could fill the stock with a toxic sludge and just soak up the recoil. WH

I have used the Mercury recoil reducer in a 375 H&H and a 550 Express.
The 375 I fired before and after and it is noticeable and not just the increased weight.

Mercury isn’t going to escape. Welded closed, I don’t think it could be busted with a hammer.
I bought a couple extra in case I need one and company goes under.

Just a thought . ..

But you could just inlet for a R.A.D and save all the mucking about with lead and mercury....

Amazing device for recoil reduction.
