Rechambering a 6BR

Hypothetical question:

I am getting a spare barrel chambered up in 6BR. If by the time I get around to using it, I decide I wanted to try a 6x47 Lapua instead, aside from slapping myself in the head for paying to chamber it twice, will that reamer fully clean up the original chamber without the need for a barrel setback?

I think I know the answer but I'm just curious......

From the chamber diagrams here on 6mmBR, they are really close and it would depend on the specs of each reamer....to be safe, set the barrel back a full turn,0.0625" for 16 TPI) to clean it up.
