Does anything with the bolt face change when you change barrels from .243 to 6mmBR in xp100?

No,243 and 6br have same bolt face diameter.

I was thinking about rechambering my 22-250 Remington, is the bolt face the same. What would I need to do to rechamber to a 22 BR

The 22-250 case head is slightly smaller but the bolt face should be the same as the 308 bolts so you will be fine. If you dont have enough clearence a skim of the boltface will fix it easily.
