Rebarreled to 6mm Creedmoor, now planning loads

Had shoulder surgery at the beginning of December and just got done switching my rifle from 30-06 shooting heavy 230s to a much milder 6mm Creedmoor.
The barrel is a heavy varmint 30 inch 8 twist 5R. I’ll be using 109 Bergers, Lapua brass, and CCI small primers.
Powder is hard to come by these days, but I do have a good amount of H4350, H4831SC, RL22, and tons of Varget.
From most of the posts I’ve searched, it looks like most are going with the H4350 or RL16, but also looks like most are using a lighter bullet in a shorter barrel as well.
I have seen some mention of RL23 as well. Isn’t RL23 just a less temp sensitive RL22
(I am not a PRS shooter. It’s a single shot rifle and I am in no hurry)?
What should I start with? Should I just go straight for the H4350 or will the slower powders better benefit me with the longer barrel and heavier bullet?

I shoot 109’s in a 104 freebore. lapua, 450’s and rl-16. three different 26 inch barrels have all liked running at 3100-3120fps which has been a 40.8-41.5 load. I’ve had better luck with rl-16 than 4350 but many others feel the opposite.

You can’t get enough RL-23 in the case to hit the common 3100 node but if you run 2900-3000 you can. 4831-SC works well for some guys as mentioned above but it’s a bit more powder to get the same speeds (if possible), you’d have to try and see. Varget is too fast and pressures out before you can hit top speed. If you’re happy at 2900 or 3000 you have more powder flexibility.

If you want to run the 3100 range I start at 40.5 on a new barrel and pressure test up from there.

My 3 barrels liked the RL16 the best.
It would shoot the H4350 second.
This was with Sierra 110's and 107's in a 7.5 twist 26 inch.

The RL23 might be a bit slow, but is temp. stable.
it's a newer powder.
