Is anyone using one of these rear rests?



If so, could you let me know your pros and cons with this rear rest ?

Been shooting one the last two years. Great little rest with both vertical and horizontal controls. Bags available up to 2 inches and bags are custom to the rest and made with a sliding silver surface.

Cons: Some people say they are light in weight. I haven’t had any problems shooting free recoil with a 17# gun. The bench pucks provided do a great job of holding it in place. Changing bags isn’t a fast process. 8 screws hold the bag so shooting multi guns with different rear rudder spacing is a pain.

Cannot be used in Benchrest competition. End of it for me. A good leather sandbag has proven itself with countless records. Nothing else to add.

Allowed in IBS and NBRSA HG and in Freedom HG and LG.

Check new rules for IBS. This year changes have been made. Otherwise FB ok both LG HG Tac. Nice rear rest

I have one of the first one's made I set my stocks for a 2" bag that fits the rest, I use it Lg and Hg. Make sure you wax your stock front and back. It's a nice rear rest.

Did you have a custom 2 inch rear bag made? Does Edgewood or Protektor make a bag to fit it?
