Reamer specs for a straight 284 no turn

I'm having one done right now by JGS. - I submitted a dummy-round with the new Lapua 284 Winchester brass and the brass measured 0.4985 (+ - 0.0005) at the 0.200 line on numerous samples from a 200 round same lot batch. - I'm still waiting to confirm & approve the drawing that they'll grind the reamer to.
I'm with @Rushty on the dimensions except I'll probably have a .250 - .260 free-bore on the one I've spec'd as I set the 180 gr. VLD out a bit. (Lower bearing surface is 2/3rds of the way in the neck above the neck / shoulder junction).

What is the outside loaded diameter with the new 284 Lapua brass? TIA
I'm sort of interested to see an answer from someone who actually loads the 284s, I don't; however, I'll go out on a limb and put the loaded neck diameter at about .312-.313. This assumes a ~.014 neck thickness and a .284 bullet.

Necks on my 7-08 and 308s from Lapua are usually .014 to .0145

I've seen .317 referenced on a number of occasions for 7mm reamers. My 7-08 reamer is a .317.
