Re-visit "varmint hunting on the cheap"

I also didn't know they made blue ones. I found out when I opened the barrel a month ago. The blue ones don't taste the same as the orange ones, (I had to try them), but I don't know exactly what the difference is, and I'm really not interested in an in-depth study with the samples that have been provided.

And the hornets, wasps, bees, and I guess bear, don't care.

Well, I am headed into town to find some "circus peanuts"! The mixture of apple vinegar, water and sugar works ok but I have to keep running out to the target every 30 minutes or so to respray it. Cantaloupe & water melon rind work good also. So far, I have killed over 700 hornets, 200 ants, six grass hoppers, and a few flies. I am spending way too much time doing this but I can't help it.

If you don't find any, let me know. I will send you some.

I see you are located in Victor. I spent a couple years in Darby. Wild place, and some interesting characters back then.

Jim,
I found some! Thank you. I have put some out on my tgt so we will see what happens.
Yes, we are four miles north of Hamilton. Had some land just south of Darby on the WestFork but had to sell it because of divorce many years ago. Came back in the late 90s and bought 44 acres of land on an airstrip. My daughter's name is Darby named after Darby, MT.

I think my brother's vacation home is right across the road from you. Not far from the old school house.
