Re barreling a Kimber 84 advice or tips?

I have a gentleman that wants me to re barrel his 223 on a Kimber 84. I have never worked on one of these and I let him know that up front. I know they require an extractor cut along with a cut on the bottom for the action screw. I was thinking I could indicate the barrel cut the tenon down and cut the threads then pull the barrel out of the lathe and mill the extractor cut and action screw cut. Then stick the barrel back in the lathe re indicate it and proceed with chambering. Anyone have a better process or any tips that might help me?

I did one many years ago; changed it to a 6x45 then a 6x47. I just threaded and chambered first then made the mill cuts. It was pretty straight forward. If I recall correctly, the recoil lug was dovetailed and held in place by a set screw. I would be careful about getting the action wrench near it if it is bedded.
