smith recomendations

I am looking for a good gun smith in californai for a rifle rebuild. Base is a rem 700 in 280, looking to true the action chamber a new barrel etc. to make it a 'tac driver'

any help would be appreciated

I tried rdprecision. We had a good conversation a week ago wherein he asked me to send him the info via e-mail which I did 5 days ago, haven't heard a word since.
