After reading this thread, I decided to give your load a shot and see what numbers I get across the chrono. 24 Grains of RE-15, 77 SMK, seated to 2.250", CCI Small Rifle primer, mix cases out of a 24" varmint upper, 1:8 twist.

68* outside, humidity I am sure is through the roof will all of the rain we have been getting.

Pretty good load. Shot right at a half inch at 100 yards.

I suspect your neck bushing is too large. Try going .002" or .003" smaller.
