Broke my bullet seating plug in my .222 RCBS competition die. Purchased it new in 1980......called RCBS..they will replace it under WARRANTY! I broke it thru my own error. Didn't matter to them nor did the age. Some warranty!

I agree, top notch warranty.

I have an older RCBS Powder Measure and the hopper was cracked. I called them and sent me a new hopper, no charge. But.. it gets better. I received the new hopper and while trying to install it, I cracked the new hopper.

I called them up and explained what happened, and they still sent me yet another hopper.

Very nice warranty indeed.

I agree. I have had similar experiences with RCBS. They have happily replaced seating stems, sizer buttons and decapping pins without question.

They have replaced parts I broke and lost without any questions. I tend to buy more RCBS products because of their customer service. Also, I just dropped my 15 yr old RCBS 1500 digital scale, they are replacing it for 45.00 + me sending in the other one. Can't beat that.

Guys talk about this loader and that loader....one even gripes that RCBS loaders are made in China now..????... But all I know is RCBS led me hand and hand with different loader problems and refused to even accept $$ when I offered it to them.!!

Ive bought reloading equipment from E-Bay ( and wont buy anything that doesnt looks and sound like its A-#1 shape) and when received it had some minor ?? missing or bent or ??. Give RCBS a call and withing a week its in my mailbox ready to use. And thats even when I told them I bought the item USED from E-bay!!
