RCBS Customer Service is Fantastic

I bent the de-capper rod on my RCBS Gold Medal die last week. Got it straightened enough to finish what I was doing, and called RCBS (Visa Outdoors) to order replacements & spares. A very nice gentleman took my order and then informed me it'd be going out that day, 100% covered under warranty!

Two days later the package arrived and I'm back up and running. Can't beat that for great Customer Service! Thank you RCBS, you're tops!!

BTW: These dies are holding under .002 runout on my 6mmBR Lapua brass, and seating bullets to within .0015 BTO.

Now, if I could just learn to shoot as well...

I would not be able to say enough great things about RCBS service. The amazing part it has been this way since my first dealings with them which would have been ca.1963.....heck of a run for sure. Different ownership over the years has had no change in their support.

I managed to jam a piece of brass in a full length sizing die. Contacted RCBS service and explained the problem. So I wouldn't have extended down time they shipped me a new die that day. I was then told to mail them the jammed die so they could remove the brass and return it to me. The guy explained that I then a have a backup die in case the situation arose again. Service doesn't get better then that.

RCBS is fantastic.

Over the years, I've had a couple of minor problems with my RCBS 2000 Progressive press of my own making (a lost detent ball and lost spring . . .). A third problem was a broken hex screw, the big one that holds the shell holders in place.

In each instance the RCBS person I talked to was extremely courteous and I had what I needed within a few days at no charge.

They're a smart and good company: their products are excellent and they know the value of customer satisfaction. Their response to problems builds great good-will and the fact that it gets praised in on-line fora is terrific advertising.

I have had to call them alot but I could buy a rock and it would be broke.. they have always taken care of me even when I broke it... Their C/S is why I continue to buy from them..

Call rcbs for lost bench priming tool's tube. The gentleman i spoke to shipped it same day for free in Canada. Awesome service. You can't say the same with others outfits...
