RCBS SERVICE beyond measure

I purchased the RCBS AMMo auto press in the 1970's before the learned they needed to raise the tool head for some cartridges to work. made change myself.

last week I call and had a problem, my index rod was worn, not truning complete, the primer bushing was loose, and the roller clutch bearing assy was worn. I will pay this thing is old and so am I. no way it is warranted.

under warranty I got it all plus some replacement springs and extra nylon bushings, press is now like new ---

I have loaded over 100.000 rounds on it pistol and rifle, yet this was warranted. why buy any other press, great folks to have in the business in this sport.

That is why they have been around forever. Got my firs die in 1963. Yep RCBS.

I have a priming tool they haven't made for years, they have given me parts twice at no expense. Shipped fast, nice to talk to, solid warranty!

I have had excellent customer service from RCBS over the years, as I've broken various items.

My experience is exactly the same. I personally do not know of another company (in my contact) that has been so good for so long as RCBS.
First purchase in 1964 or so. They changed ownership over the years but whatever Fred Huntington instilled as customer service has never changed.

I have two Rockchucker presses, one of them being 25 years old. Some time back, and this being the only time in 30 plus years of reloading,I stuck a case in a custom die. After a slight temper flare-up and trying to remove the stuck case,I damaged the ram on a 25 year old press. When I called RCBS to try to (buy) a ram and telling them I was 100 percent at fault, I was told my press was under warranty. They shipped me a new ram at no cost and I had it in less than a week. RCBS customer service is second to none and this is why when I need reloading tools, it's no choice what to buy.
