RCBS MatchMaster Precision Case Trimmer

I just ran across this and watched the video. Gavin says that RCBS teamed up with Henderson on this. What are your thoughts? I see that they do not offer 17 or 20 pilots or cutters. That could be an issue for someone.

some discussion here too:

Same here. I'm getting excellent consistency with their 3-way cutter and my original Trim Pro driven by a 1/2" drive Black and Decker drill motor. A better collet/chuck would be nice. That one looks really sharp.

I'm not processing high volumes though.
I was able to adapt it to fit a couple of my Forster bases
One has a positive stop, the other is for more High Volume/ Quick trimming
I like it
The high volume base (Center 2) I take outside and bolt it to an Oak Stump, and go to town

I like what I see...... but my history of trimming cases is limited to one or two types manually (with a hand turned machine). I'm wondering if a purchase would likely increase my accuracy of the process and improve my knowledge of the procedure overall???
Any advise would be appreciated.
Thank you!

Life is too short to be processing Lake City 556 brass!

(He says after sizing, trimming, chamfering, swaging, and tumbling 1000 cases for an order.)

As I get older, equipment like this becomes increasingly available. Then I start thinking I'm getting too old and won't get my money's worth of usage...lol
My Wilson trimmer is comfortable and family, reloading and shooting are what I do now.

I understand completely. I'm not worried about how fast I can process stuff as much as how I want to do it easier on my tired old body.

I think about getting the new Hornady trimmer, but in the back of my mind too, will I be satisfied over my accurate Wilson and my attention to chamfer-deburring?

I was in same boat and picked up the Hornady. I used it on 20vt brass and was very impressed. Originally they did. It support the 20 calibers but they now come with pilots for it.
I wonder if Rcbs will do the same if it’s just a pilot issue
