RCBS is Top Notch

I had lost my hanging check wgt for my 10-10 after a divorce and 2 moves.
Gave those nice folks a call and one is on it's way. Said he had five left as they aren't doing that one any more.
He asked if I was sitting down for the price. Assured him I was . . . Free.
I asked if they were trying to keep me as a customer......my first Rock Chucker was bought in '70. We talked house cats for a bit as one gent's wife's cat had walked a shelf, knocked over a can of powder and snapped his beam. The cat was allowed to live, so the story went.
I thought it would be gratis as they have helped before. I just don't try to wear them out.

Well.....I've said it many times but it's always worth repeating. I do not know of another company that has had such stellar customer service for so long.
1964 was my first dealings with RCBS......it was great then and it has not changed.

RCBS customer service has fixed me up a couple of times. One thing is for sure, they back what they sell.

Ditto. And there isn't any equipment that loads better ammo. I'd love to have another 505 scale with the old style pan. And another Rock Chucker II press. For backup in case I live another 70 years.

There a good company and I’m glad they took care of the Op but I wouldn’t go that far.

RCBS has taken care of me, too. Even when my screwup was at fault!

And they covered my needs completely, without cost and promptly!

The only thing better is squirrel chunkage. Which would be much less were it not for RCBS!
