RCBS Customer Service

I know this been posted before but I have to give credit to RCBS for their customer service. I recently bought a like new Partner press from a member on this site and he told me that the handle had been shortened presumably to fit into a range box. I spoke with a man at RCBS and made it clear that the handle had been intentionally cut and that it was not a part failure. When I asked how much a new one would be he only asked for my mailing info and said he would have a new handle and ball grip sent to me. I just thought RCBS should get some credit for a very nice gesture.

Exactly why I shortened the handle on my Partner press. I threaded a 8" piece of round stock for it and kept the original handle.

I have always found RCBS service to be first class.

I had a great experience with RCBS service also.
Some how I bent the decapping pin holder in my universal decapping die. They sent a new holder and pins for free.

I too have nothing but the best service from RCBS. That's one of the reasons I use a lot of their stuff. As opposed to Hornady who all but said I didn't know what I was seeing when I called them about the L-N-L press cartridge ejector either locking up or throwing a loaded 9mm round through the wall. It was one of the very first ones available. They still wont admit there was ever a problem, but they have redesigned the shell plates.
I will also say that RCBS has a first rate tech service line as well...I always got a good, well explained answer that made sense.

I have a RCBS press I bought used with the handle threads stripped out. I forgot about it for years and when I pulled it out, I lost the handle. I tried to order parts from RCBS to repair it, but they didn't make that toggle block any longer. So, they told me to mail them my old toggle block. They re-threaded my old block for a new handle and mailed it back - and it only cost me the postage to RCBS. Great folks.

When I need something and RCBS makes it and meets my requirements they are always one of my first choices simply because the customer service is top notch. I have never had anything but, excellent service when something needs replacement or a part. :)

They have been this way for a long time. First dealt with them in 1963. Same customer service all these decades FIRST CLASS.

I heard that they can rebuild your old Rockchucker press. I have one that is stamped 1969. Anyone have this done? What do they do?

RCBS,
100% Great Company
I called to ask a Question about Scale Pans.
The reply give me your name and address.
They shipped one for Free.

Indeed the best. They sent me a part free after I confessed that I had messed it up.
I don't think they know how to charge anyone for replacement parts.

I have a rockchucker press that I bought in 1984. Wanted a handle with the ball on top. Called RCBS right before Christmas last year and was going to order one but they insisted on shipping me one at no charge!! Got it about 1 week later.

Same for me. RCBS customer service is top of the line. I messed up a part by accident and they shipped me a new one free.

A++. Purchased a uniflow from a gentleman on here that needed a handle, cap, and the green plastic drop tube. Rcbs replaced it all and declined when I insisted on paying. Yu can't beat that! Thanks RCBS, above and beyond.
