RCBS customer service - 22 GT dies

I was so amazed just now by RCBS customer service that I wanted to post about it. I just built a 22GT. I have RCBS matchmaster 6 GT dies.

I need a 22 caliber stem for the resizing die and a 22 caliber plug and seating stem for the seating die.

They are sending this to me free under warranty for 2 sets of dies. I don't really understand why that would be under warranty, but thanked them nicely for doing so.

I certainly will complain when things do not go well so I am balancing the cosmic karma scale here.

RCBS is the "gold standard " and has been for many years. Good on them.

I just talked to them on the phone, asking if I could buy a .22 cal matchmaster seating stem, but they said no. They did not offer to send me one under warranty.
