Another RCBS customer service that is really unbeatable. 222Rem Competition dies (wooden box) 1980 purchase.
Loaned them to a guy and he bent the threaded depriming rod. Received a new rod and set and lock nut at no charge today from RCBS. That's 33 years after the purchase! Really unbeatable and unbelievable in any day and age but really for these times!! WOW!

I've had a number of similar experiences with RCBS. Their offices are just a few miles from where we live and I visit them whenever I'm in that area. Great people, tremendous service, good products. Sure, over the years I've found some defects in things I've purchased from them. But that's true of products I've purchased from Hornady, Redding, Forster, and the others. RCBS has always, without hestitation, made it right and of the dozens of pieces of reloading equipment in my shop, their brand stands superior among the rest.

I am reloading with 1980 RCBS 223 competition dies in the wooden box, most run out 0001 , love em and also an 80s rock chucker with the good priming arm, unlike the new press they came out with, thought about buying one until I read about the new priming arm, it sucks! why change something that is awesome ???the older stuff works great

I just got a new RCBS VI Supreme in the mail to backup my Forster Co-Ax. Started setting it up and realized there was something very wrong with this unit. The Ram was in backwards. I guess they were in a hurry, and the ram was showing the spent primer discharge slot on the outside, and the primer slot inside facing the back of the press. Being dumber than the average hammer, and not finding the set screw, I called them. They laughed and then told me a new guy was helping out on assembly and that I was like the 5th guy today to call. They pointed out the set screw on the bottom of the ram which I never would have found on my own, and all was fine in about 5 minutes. They said that free help seems to be worth exactly what they paid for, but they liked the kid. Easy fix, and someone is now re-learning the way to put these things together. RCBS is fun to work with and they seem to be having fun doing what they do. No complaints here.

+1. RCBS has replaced a few parts to various units I own and shipped for free to boot! Outstanding CS!
