Last week I went on RCBS site.....typed a request for the P/N and price for a primer rod spring which I said I had lost.
Today's mail....2 springs....no charge....and it was totally all my fault.
Been with them for decades.....the best customer service!

AMEN! Other manufacturers could learn a thing or two about serving their customers like RCBS does. And I don't even use their dies.

I dropped a scale that was an early ohaus not marked rcbs scale down a flight of stairs, completly my fault and it wasnt marked with their name. They gave me a new 10-10 for less than half price and gave me the agates out of the old scale for spare parts.Just incredible, they had no reason for helping me and they did anyway. That is the best service you could ask for.

My RCBS Rock Chucker press that's over 30 years has went through hell and high water in a flood and still works great. I bet it will last another 500 years. They have great service for sure and I have received the same great service from Lee and Redding.

Their service is definitely the BEST. Their bushing sizer dies are top notch too, their custom service dies are made exactly the way you want them. The finish inside their dies are second to none.

I had a neighbor that was just going to try his hand in reloading and said he had some RCBS stuff in the attic that his father used to use and was gonna dig it up. He pulled some things out (old press, scales and powder thrower) and the powder thrower was rusted to the hilt and it ended up braking before he could free it up.. Long story short RCBS after receiving the old pile of rust mailed him a new one free of charge with stand and all! That kinda sold me on green!

A while back I e-mailed RCBS regarding price and availability for a part that I couldn't locate in their catalog and they just sent it to me; no charge. I actually ended up not needing it.

Man, they sound great! I wonder if they would replace my Rockchucker? I couldn't find it and when I investigated I found out my brother took it and sold it.

I don't know about that but, last time I checked, Dillon has a good reputation for warranty service. That's why used Dillon equipment retains its value.
