Today's mail....2 springs....no charge....and it was totally all my fault.
Been with them for decades.....the best customer service!
A while back I e-mailed RCBS regarding price and availability for a part that I couldn't locate in their catalog and they just sent it to me; no charge. I actually ended up not needing it.DanConzo said:Their service is definitely the BEST. Their bushing sizer dies are top notch too, their custom service dies are made exactly the way you want them. The finish inside their dies are second to none.
I don't know about that but, last time I checked, Dillon has a good reputation for warranty service. That's why used Dillon equipment retains its value.lrgoodger said:Man, they sound great! I wonder if they would replace my Rockchucker? I couldn't find it and when I investigated I found out my brother took it and sold it.
