Razor vs new NX8

First post guys. I’ve been going back and forth between the Razor gen 2 4.5-27 and the new Nightforce NX8 4-32. This will be mainly used on a PRS gun, but could be switched over to a hunting rifle in the fall. My concern is the Vortex is about a pound heavier. No big deal on the prs rifle but not so great on a hunting rig. Has anyone looked thru the NF. I’ve used a buddies Razor and it’s a nice scope. He has several and is trying to get me go that way. Give me some opinions guys. Thx.

If its going to serve dual duty on a hunting rig I would defiantly go with the NX8. There is a huge difference in weight. I have looked through several of the NX8's and they look great, I haven't got to shoot one yet but I just handled one again this week and have decided I'm going to put a 4.5-32 on a new hunting rifle thats being built right now, I have been using ATACR's on my current hunting rigs and feel the NX8 will work great and any difference will be worth the weight savings. It has all the features of the ATACR and I like that the power ring is separate from the ocular housing.
