Range officer cancer fight

Texted him a couple times today and he's a tough one. We raised the same kids since our oldest daughters were best friends all through school. Both are married now and he's waiting on the first grandchild, I beat him to it! Ha

I will pray for him and I wish him the best. Hope he gets over it and does well!!!! My aunt went through it a few years ago and is fine now. But it was very rough for her going through the treatmeants.

That's too bad!! Prayers going up! Wow 48 and throat cancer! I don't like to hear that! I can't seem to put down the chew myself and to hear things like this scares me!

He's lucky to be a young 48 yrs. He'll rebound faster. I beat throat cancer last year. Properly treated (no horse Doctors) he will most likely beat the death sentence and retain his vocal chords. He'll be facing some miserable days but he will get over it. Technology marches on.

Ok, I just talked to him, he's on the last of this treatment and it's a rough deal. If you have ever been around this then you know about it. He's high spirited and wanted to know when his first NRA match was to run this year!

I think they could use some help on the gofundme I posted guys. They weren't ready for this at all. Thanx

Without a doubt him being a tough marine and in good condition is getting him through this. He's been radiated as much as anyone can stand it and only wants to go back to work. As far as technology, I'm not convinced this is a cure but more of a good vs evil way of defeating it.

IN order to benefit from the power of prayer you must be a believer, at least that's my "take". However, technology has been the proven provider of relief as compared to 30 years ago when throat cancer was a death sentence. .... I'm not sure what you're referring to as "evil". Its all good if cure is the result :)

I agree , lost a aunt to throat cancer about that long ago. But I've also lost several other close friends to other cancers after they suffered thru failed attempts of the cure. Win some and lose some I guess.
