Range box

I would like to have a box/tote that is large enough to carry my front rest and bags, Cleaning equipment, ect... Maybe even have wheels. What do you guys use or have any ideas??

One piece of advice- 3 light boxes are way better than one that holds it all. I wont even put a sandbag in the same box as my rest

Thats good advice. I hate trying to decide on where to be lazy... Take less trips and haul the weight, or less weight and walk back and forth and back and forth. Certainly do need something to put the rest in. Any ideas Dusty? My bags fit in dry boxes. Would like something like that for the rest.

That's what I use to tote my gear. You don't have to buy Walmart. Lowes and home depot carry them also.

Unfortunately, they don't carry them in my area. It's not that I don't mind buying at Walmart... I just don't like going into that crazy place!

You might consider what I use. Cabelas (amongst other vendors) sells a variety of Fishing tackle boxes, a few that are made by Plano (Gun carrier outfit). I chose one of those a few years back and it comes with a main larger top shelf and pull out smaller individual boxes in which I put a variety of items for cleaning, staples, a small fish tank air pump,, level, brushes, patches, lights, etc. And the overall size of the box isn't all that big and has a handle on top that makes this light box easy to carry. I also carry two plastic ammo boxes for my tools, AR magazines and small ammo boxes in side one of them. My rest and targets, ear muffs, stapler all fit into this larger carry out box you buy at Lowes. My two rear shooting bags go into a smaller such carry out plastic box along with my clean small towels for whatever. In all I usually hit the range with a total of four carried/boxed containers which serves my purposes. Each to his own I guess.
