Go on being an internet bully, attack people, tell them to shut up, and act like you own the place. That's fine, you get the reputation you earn. I didn't come here with the intention of getting into an internet fight with anyone but since you turn much of what you contribute into something resembling that, I'll leave one more thing and be done with this thread:

I found your sign.

And if I had not been so cheap in the first place and bought the XXXX unit, I would not have spent more money on all the cheaper tools I tried that are not as fast and do a better job than the Dillon unit will. (buy once cry once) :(

You can substitute just about any name of top quality reloading tools and equipment where the "XXXX's" are.

Peiold are always trying to get by "on the cheap" and end up spending more in the long run.

Been that way since Adam and Eve.

Now its my turn for a question, is there anyone else out there that owns stock in CH4D that wants to add to this train wreck?

Not sure this COUNTS as stock. But Yes, I too own a CH4D set. :) :) :)

You have the "Priming and Swage Kit" , I bought just the swager, I was told if I used the CH4D shell holder it would work better with less rim damage. My problem is the tip of my CH4D swage is on the small side and it has to be inserted further into the primer pocket with more force required to size the primer pocket correctly. I have tried RCBS, Lee, Lyman and Redding shell holders.

What shell holder are you using with your CH4D swager and did you have to modify the shell holder retaining clip?

This isn't a matter of not setting up the swage correctly, I have sets of pin gauges in .0005 increments I use for checking primer pockets and setting up and adjusting my swagers.

I Googled Peiold and the closest thing I could find was a very wrinkled loose skinned oriental dog. Was this a typo or did you think I was on a Nutrisystem diet, lost 200 pounds and was barking too loud? ::)

Bigedp51,

I have using RCBS New/Almost New S/H's. I will check if there was slop or not. Most of my swaging is 7.62x51 so not sure if I remember any issues with 5.56, but I do get your point. (That looks like 7.62 brass in the picture, but I'm viewing on a laptop) :)

Let me look for how I set it up. It has been a while. I could also mic my swage and we could compare? Have you talked the CH4D about this issue? They make quality equipment and I am sure there is a solution to this issue. Just not sure I am the expert to ask by any means.
Let me know if I can be of any help.

Sorry, my old fat fingers have had a problem lately when I try to type the work "People".

Maybe I'll invest in a Smart Phone that substitutes whatever it thinks should be there with it's auto spell-check. But then I'll have to explain why "break" was used when talking about a "Muzzle Brake".

Sorry, I'll proof read better from here on 8) 8)
