Ramshot Hunter Powder?

No Patch, I’m stuck in the middle of prepping cases for at 308 W. Load but my next project will be 300 Win Mag and I plan on doing a work up then I can hopefully post. Thanks for asking...

I just finished up testing Hunter with the 180 Bergers in
my SA284. It's getting the job done. My last shots that
were at 2745 cut one ragged hole and in the single ES and
SD's. I have to try another pic. The one I took had too
much glare and hard to read......Will be heading to the range
to start the 183 gr SMK testing. I'm liking the fact that it's
a perfect case fill for my application.

Hunter can actually make some very accurate ammo. I even used it in a 6xc for 600 yd in matches sometimes.
One nice aspect is the amount of case filling and load density. I loaded some reduced recoil 6.5 creedmoor with 107s. It was still accurate because of how it filled most of the case. The nosler load data is nice because they report case fill percentage.

I loaded 20 cases 6xc with 39grs hunter 115 bergers got a lot of vertical with reloader 23 at 39 grs but I didn't up the charge wt, bought some hunter gonna try it, at 39 grs it's between h4350 and reloader23 in the burn rate chart, so I figured 39 grs for the 115's...may have to pull the bullets if it shows tooooo much pressure..just playing with the 115's, 108's and re23 shoot bugholes at 100, 1n7 twist
