Rad2a packaging. Is it normal?

I purchased recently the RAD2A from Hart Systems. I’m shocked by how unprofessionally this product was packaged. Everything was just thrown into the box without any protection, so the whole kit was rattling around freely during shipping. It’s strange and unacceptable that they ship items overseas in this condition. Never have I encountered something similar purchasing shooting equipment from EU suppliers.

Mine was the same. It was a fairly tight fitting box to the items within. But no protection or anything. If I recall, there was a plastic bag containing all the little parts though.
They made it the long journey here just fine luckily.
